Local Organizations

Local nonprofits, clubs, and community groups are encouraged to set up an informational table during the event. It’s a great way to connect with residents, recruit volunteers, or promote upcoming programs.

To help make Arts in the Park a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for all, we ask that all participating organizations follow these guidelines:

  1. No stakes or ground inserts
The park is a protected space owned by the Village of Cobleskill. Nothing may be staked or inserted into the ground, including tents, signs, or displays. You may use weights to secure displays.

  2. Bring your own setup
Participants are required to bring their own tables, chairs, signage, and display materials. CPI does not provide equipment.

  3. Set-up and breakdown times
Setup begins at 5 pm. All booths must be fully set up by the event start time. Breakdown must be completed after the event. Please leave your space as you found it.

  4. Space is first-come, first-served
There are no reserved spots. You’ll choose your location on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event. Please be respectful of neighboring tables and leave enough space.

  5. Be family-friendly
This is an all-ages, public event. Displays and interactions must be respectful, inclusive, and appropriate for all audiences.

📌 Please sign and return the Hold Harmless agreement to any CPI representative at the Arts in the Park you attend.
