Cabin Fever Day: Shake off the winter blues! Enjoy downtown specials, activities, and cozy eats from Cobleskill restaurants and SUNY Cobleskill partners.

​

Cobleskill Restaurant Week (February): A whole week of food-focused fun! Restaurants across town offer exclusive specials—perfect for discovering your new favorite dish.

​

Soup Stroll (March): Stroll downtown and sample delicious soups from local eateries. It's a tasty way to warm up as winter winds down.

​

Downtown Cobleskill Clean-Up (April): Help us refresh our community! Join neighbors, friends, and volunteers to clean parks and public spaces after the snow melts.

​

SUNY Cobleskill's Fish & Wildlife Festival (Late April): Held in Centre Park, this exciting festival features wildlife exhibits, educational activities, and family fun. Don’t miss the Schoharie County Maple Festival happening the same day at the fairgrounds!

Arts in the Park (July & August): Enjoy free live music in Centre Park every Thursday evening. Bring a chair, grab a bite from a local spot, and soak in the summer sounds.

​

Cobleskill Day (October): A fun-filled day with downtown events, tag sales throughout the community, and a children’s fair in the park.

​

Poker Walk (October): Support local businesses while collecting cards at participating locations for a chance to win the prize pot—best hand wins!

​

Trick-or-Treat on Main Street (October 31st): Bring the kids downtown in costume and stop into participating businesses for festive treats and Halloween fun.

Cobleskill Holiday Celebration  The parade , organized by the December to Remember Committee, a separate volunteer organization will be on Saturday, December 7th at 5pm with line-up being at 3 pm at in the Price Chopper parking lot.  Please DO NOT include a Santa Claus in your presentation as a Santa will already be in the parade.  All animals must be on a restraint and cannot be aggressive  Use caution and watch out for children and other pedestrians at all times Items (including candy) must not be thrown from vehicles or floats. If you would like to hand out items or candy, someone must be walking to hand them out.   Music and lights are appreciated  Each organization interested in participating should submit 1 form. Holiday Storefront Decorating Contest (December): Local businesses deck the halls—and their storefronts—for a festive decorating competition. Vote for your favorites and enjoy the holiday cheer downtown!
