CPI awards over $2,000 in community improvement funding through its Lee-Hodge Grant program to support local revitalization and public enhancement projects.
Cobleskill Partnership Inc. has announced the recipients of the Fall 2025 Lee-Hodge Grant, a community improvement program that provides funding for projects making lasting, visible impacts in the Village of Cobleskill.
This round of funding awarded $1,500 to the Schoharie County Rural Preservation Corporation for a porch repair project that enhances neighborhood safety and curb appeal, and $1,000 to the Community Library to support new signage that will improve visibility and accessibility for library visitors.
The Lee-Hodge Grant, administered by Cobleskill Partnership Inc. and initially funded through the Sterling Insurance Company Foundation, provides up to 50% of the annual fund per project for initiatives that align with CPI’s mission of promoting economic vitality and long-term community benefit. The total annual fund for 2025 was $5,000, distributed across two funding rounds in March and September.
Applications for the next round of funding will be accepted through March 1, 2026, with applicants invited to submit their proposals via mail or email, or present them in person during CPI’s March board meeting.
