Welcome to the Cobleskill Partnership, Inc. (a/k/a CPI) and thanks for your interest in our organization. CPI is a registered 501-c-3 corporation that operates as a partnership between village government, business owners, SUNY Cobleskill and area residents. Our mission is to strengthen Cobleskill’s position as a destination of choice for business, entertainment, and education while preserving the quality rural lifestyle that makes this community unique.
Much progress has been made in restoring the Village’s historic character and attracting patrons to the central business district. Recent initiatives include façade improvements, new sidewalks, expanded downtown parking and a new community plaza. CPI also organizes numerous economic stimulus events, cultural programs and holiday celebrations that help focus attention downtown. Additionally, our growing partnership with the State University of New York at Cobleskill has strengthened the town/gown relationship and moved the village ever closer to becoming a true college town.
CPI is an organization with an eye on the future and an appreciation for the fact that more needs to be done. We are always looking for individuals who enjoy our passion for community service and the challenge of implementing new ideas.
